Events and tasks can have an organizer in a special field. When present, the organizer is used as sender of the email for a particuler event to a mailing list. Calendar programs do not allow to customize the organizer.
To trick them, add attendee to an event, and keep the organizer central@aegee.org. On the central.aegee.org website and on Telegram the attendee will be shown as organizer. The attendee will also appear as the sender of the email.
